The Balaur Bondocs, or Stocky Dragons, are odd-balls for a Dromae. They're located on the Romanian islands where they have no trouble keeping their place as aplex predator. That means they have little to no competition, even from their relatives of the same size, Velociraptor [link] [link] and Tsaagan Mangas [link] of Mongolia. (I almost feel sorry for the jealous Tsaagan Mangas )

Deinonychosaurs, including the Dromaes, are infamous for their the large sickle-like claws, or "Sickle Claws".These claws will do huge damage to their enemies, AND their victims they intend to eat. Their teeth of these bastards aren't so nice, either. The Dromaes have LARGER Sickle Claws thier closest relatives, the Troodons (Troodonts); the Troodons, SMALLER Sickle Claws and teeth than the Dromaes. Regardless, these animals can run at 35 to 45 mph, and can jump quite high and/or long. This is why they are called the "Ninjas of the Theropods"

Stocky Dragons are known for having TWO, count them, TWO scikle claws ON EACH FOOT. This would make you think the Stockies are the deadiest raptors of all, BUT, hint the term, their body build, which is heavy, prevents them from running at 35 mph, so they are not fast runners, not with a speed of 20 mph.
