Description

Spinosaurus Anlong (aka Omnispinus)

Specification:
Length: 60 to 65 feet / 18 to 20 Meters
Height: 25 feet / 7 meters (Not counting the sail)
Weight: 10 Tons
Mortal Enemies: Giant Torvodonts

The Spinos are the Largest of all the Theropods. They have sails on their backs to grant them such names. Up until later, these theropods were unknown and were considered "cryptics". No one knew what they looked like. It wasn't until Jurassic Park 3 that the Spinos were so popular, either.

Contrary to popular descriptions and hollywood hype, Spinos aren't REALLY the most BAD-ASS Theropods of the archosaurs. (THAT title remains with T. Rex [link]) In fact, they are rather opportunistic predators, and perfer smaller prey to avoid mortal injuries. Although they much bigger than the T. Rexes and G. Carolinii [link] , they are NOT the strongest. Plus, there is ONE HUGE weakness: the spines. If they are broken from the root at the verabra, the animal dies of a broken back.

Regardless, Spinos are dangerous. They will use their long arms to grab their victims or swipe them with their claws. The T. Rex that was killed by a Spino was an inexperianced sub-adult, who recklessly chased some humans into the path of an angry Spino, who was scarred by a plane that sliced into him prior to crashing into a tree. That pre destroyed plane was later torn into pieces after the Spino dragged it down. 10 Spinos, however, were reported to have been killed by a single rouge T. Rex, though not in a single day.

THIS Spino is actually a Chimera made of BOTH species of Spinos. Made from two zygotes; one of the Egyptian Spino [link] and one of the Moroccan Spino [link] Mixed together to create a single Species.
